  • *Your babe is a challenge! You’re tried different things and none of them seem to work, maybe there are other variables at play. You need a plan, someone to be there for you a few times throughout the day and evening, like your BFF would.
  • Extensive Intake Form and case Review of your child
  • Analysis and identification of your child’s sleep issues
  • 60 minute call to review the plan in depth
  • 3 x 15 minute telephone calls. One phone call the “morning after” to talk about how things went the first night. Another one mid plan. The second phone call is an “exit” phone call at the completion of the plan and a spreadsheet to guide you through the next 12 months of sleep regressions.
  • 10 days of multiple daily online check ins. This is extensive coaching.
  • I will know you and your child inside and out. I’ll hop on to our shared google doc throughout the day and see how things are going and make daily suggestions.
  • Texting: Night 1 and 2 – up to 4 text messages during the hours of 6-10 pm.
