It doesn’t have to feel that way.

I love what I do because I get to connect with parents and help them improve their everyday quality of life by getting the whole family more sleep.

I teach you everything you know about the sleep needs of your baby and how to set your child up for sleep training success while remaining a loving and attached parent.

I can take you from feeling tired and overwhelmed, to empowered and well rested.

There’s no better feeling that putting your baby down in their crib “calm, but awake”, (notice I didn’t say drowsy), leaving the room, and hearing your little love babble and coo and then silence, because she’s asleep.

Girl when you reach that stage, you have got it going on! That feeling, while not as great as her first smile or the first time she grabs your fingers, because those *sigh* will melt your heart. But this feeling IS better than nailing a presentation at work, getting a promotion, running your first 5 k or hosting a fabulous dinner party. Fueled by love and attachment, this is empowerment like no other.

You could spend hours trying to squeeze in chapters from the latest sleep book between feeds and naps. You could get swept away on the internet researching different sleep training options and still surface feeling a confused about where, when, why and how.

I can save you hours of time and energy researching and figuring things out. I can create a roadmap to success.

Because it is hard to know – what does success look like at this age? What are reasonable expectations when it comes to your babe’s sleep?

I have all those answers. I will give you the confidence you need to execute your roadmap.

I’m like your Wing Man or your BFF whispering supportive thoughts, strategies and tips in your ear, giving you confidence and knowledge to execute your plan and succeed.

But most importantly, I can teach you about what your baby needs at each age and how to meet her needs, which ultimately creates happier babies, happy parents and happy homes.

For children from 4 months to 4 years, I work with clients on 3 different levels.

 


 

Here’s what you can expect from working with me:

 

BEFORE

Plan to track your baby’s activity for 1 day. This includes when she eats, goes down for sleep, how long to fall asleep, and when she wakes up. Then you will also fill out an extensive history form and give me as much detail about your situation as possible.

 

DURING

I’ll create a plan for you based on your baby’s age, her history and your parenting needs.  I’ll email you your plan to review prior to our 1 hour call.

During the 1 hour call we will go through each section step by step to make sure everything is clear and you’ll know what to do in worst case scenarios, and how to keep yourself busy while you are anxiously waiting for your baby to wake up!

For my “Sisters” and “BFF” Plan, the night you’ll implement the plan and we’ll move our correspondence over to google sheets where you’ll continue to log your child’s activity.   I’ll call you the morning after to have a debrief about the night before.  (Remember in college we used to do that after a night out or a hot date?  Oh how things change.)

 

AFTER

For my “Sisters” and “BFF”  Plan, at the end of our package, we’ll have a 15 minute wrap up call to review any outstanding questions and we’ll review a sleep summary by age chart to help you moving forward.

You’ll also be invited to my private facebook group for past clients, so you can always reach out to me down the road if you hit a bump here or there and need a , little guidance.

For past clients:

Life sometimes gets bumpy and things go off the rails.

It happens, you’re human.

If you want some moral support to re-establish old routines, or something new has come up, we can definitely work together again.

I’ll have you update your intake form, and log your child’s activity.

From there I’ll put together a plan and we’ll have a 30 minute call to review it.  Then we’ll move over to google sheets for 1x per day, daily check for 7 days.

This investment into your sanity is $150.

 

For newborns, prenatal to 3 months, I work with parents like this:

If you are expecting or have a newborn 0-3 months, I can teach you everything you need to know to establish healthy sleep habits, so you never have to any sleep training!

BEFORE

I’ll give you a variety of different tools to help meet your baby’s needs.

We’ll touch base on google sheets once a week for 7 days.

 

AFTER

At the end of 7 days we’ll have a 15 minute exit call to review common sleep challenges that come up. I’ll share with you a sleep summary by age to help you moving forward.
