As parents, we feel like we “should” know what to do and that we shouldn’t have to seek help.  However, let’s not forget that we all took prenatal birthing courses to educate ourselves about the birthing process, which cost us time and money, for an event that lasted 1-2 days at the very most.

Sleep issues go on for weeks or months, may even years, and yet we feel reluctant to spend money to become educated about those issues and fix a problem.
