What makes Helping Babies Sleep different for neurodivergent families?

Our methodology was built on one core truth: the drive to sleep is biological, and the way we sleep is learned. For neurodivergent children, both of those things require a deeper level of understanding and a more individualized approach.
We do not offer rigid schedules or generic advice. We take the time to understand your child's specific needs, and we build a plan around them. Every adjustment, every check-in, and every recommendation is made with your child's unique profile in mind.
When will we see results?

Results for neurodivergent families often look different than they do for neurotypical children, and that is completely expected.
Our focus is not on overnight transformation. It is on building a routine that genuinely fits your child, reduces stress around sleep, and creates a foundation that grows with them. Many families notice meaningful shifts within the first two weeks of consistent implementation.
Can this work alongside our existing therapies and specialists?

Absolutely. In fact, we encourage it.
We understand that many neurodivergent children are already working with a team of specialists, whether that includes occupational therapists, behavioral therapists, speech therapists, or pediatricians. Our coaching is designed to complement that support, not compete with it.
We will take the time to understand your child's existing routines, recommendations, and therapeutic goals so that the sleep plan we build works alongside everything else you already have in place. If anything, better sleep often makes every other area of your child's development more accessible. Rest is the foundation that everything else builds on.
